Ex-Element rider Dallas Rockvam is the newest recruit over at Powell. It looks as though Powell has got some secret plans going on. Remember they shot out Silas Baxter Neal and new Black label am Peter Raffin. It should be interesting to see what will come from them in the future. Check how good Dallas is in his elementality part.
